Received my second NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 today and installed it in the computer. Yeah, it’s an ancient card, I know, but it’s all I can afford at the moment.
Anyhow, I didn’t feel like wasting too much time in finding out how I could distribute the workload among both GPUs; I just wanted to make sure Invoke got one GPU all to itself and Windows would use the other one for basic stuff. The NVIDIA Control Panel showed that both Invoke and Windows were using the same card, with the other one being totally idle, so I simply plugged my screens into the second card, and luckily Invoke just kept using the first one, so success!
Tomorrow I hope to receive a basic 2x HDMI graphics card in the mail for basic displaying functions, so then I get to spend the entire weekend trying to figure out how to use both Quadro GPUs for Invoke entirely.
